M&M is a professional firm of Chartered Accountants established in UAE in 2001 as an audit, accounting, management consulting and advisory firm. During the year 2017, we obtained the tax license to provide tax consulting and advisory services. M&M now consists of both auditing and tax advisory services. M&M comprises of a team of experienced professionals with sound background, exposure to international markets and clientele and most importantly, a proven track record. “M&M” a member of MGI Worldwide which has a network of practices strategically placed throughout the world.
Our registered office is in Dubai with branches in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Sharjah Airport free zone, Hamriyah free zone and in Abu Dhabi.
We are empanelled with all the major banks in UAE, authorised to act as auditors in free zones and mainland, registered as offshore agents for Jafza offshore and RAK offshore companies.
Our highly qualified staff which consists of professionals (CA, CPA, and ACCA) with expertise in the field of IFRS, tax, strategic business evaluation including funds infusion, business tie-ups, organizational structuring, risk management, loss prevention and business restructuring provide the greatest level of professionalism in all areas of auditing, accountancy, tax planning, and financial planning.
